Uniforms

Our students take pride in our Jet core value of "BE RESPECTFUL." One way we show our respect for ourselves and our school is to have a neat and appropriate physical appearance. Also we take great pride in wearing our school colors of red, white, and blue! Please carefully adhere to the following guidelines throughout the year:

ID's:
Students MUST wear their Johnson Gretna Park issued ID and lanyard daily. The first ID is included in the $10.00 Supply/ID Fee. Cost of a replacement ID is $10.00.

GIRLS:
Solid red collared polo shirt with the JGP emblem (PreK and K wear a purple collared polo shirt with the JGP emblem)
Navy blue uniform skirts, skorts, long pants, jumper or hemmed shorts
White or black tennis shoes
White, navy blue, or black socks
White, navy, or red undershirts only
**Skirts, skorts, and shorts must reach the knee

BOYS:

Navy blue uniform long pants or hemmed knee length shorts
White or black tennis shoes
White, navy blue, or black socks
White, navy, or red undershirts only
**If the pants have belt loops, a solid navy, black, or brown belt must be worn.

COLD WEATHER CLOTHING:
Solid navy blue or red sweatshirt, sweater, or jacket with the JGP Emblem
Heavy coat in a neutral color, when necessary
Girls:: May wear white or navy blue tights in cold weather only

NOTE TO PRE KINDERGARTEN PARENTS: Please purchase shoes
with Velcro ties and pants/shorts/skirts with an elastic waist.

NOT ALLOWED: ANY CLOTHING THAT DISTRACTS FROM A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT, including, but not limited, to the following:
GIRLS: Post earrings ONLY - no hoops
GIRLS: NO brightly colored hair accessories or tights
BOYS: NO distracting haircuts with designs
NO large or decorated belts and belt buckles
NO jackets in bright colors or with sequins/studs/designs
NO caps or hats NO patterned undershirts
